While some of the popular altcoins experienced minor losses, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) managed to rise above $28,000 and $1,800 marks, respectively.

Bitcoin (BTC) is currently priced at $28,029.64, with a 24-hour loss of only 0.07 percent. Ethereum (ETH) is also performing well at $1,868.64, with a 24-hour loss of 0.51 percent. These two coins are among the most valued cryptocurrencies in the market.
Altcoins Facing Minor Losses
While Bitcoin and Ethereum are gaining traction, some popular altcoins like Dogecoin (DOGE) and Litecoin (LTC) experienced minor losses. DOGE registered a 24-hour loss of 2.04 percent, currently priced at $0.08357, while LTC saw a 24-hour loss of 0.21 percent, trading at $90.72.
Top Gainers and Losers of the Day
Filecoin (FIL) emerged as the biggest gainer, with a 24-hour jump of over 4.24 percent, currently priced at $5.86. Chiliz (CHZ) also performed well with a 24-hour gain of 3.48 percent, priced at $0.1327. Neo (NEO) showed promise with a gain of 2.45 percent, currently priced at $12.50. On the other hand, the Lido DAO (LDO) turned out to be the biggest loser, with a 24-hour loss of 4.28 percent, priced at $2.47. Maker (MKR), Aave (AAVE), Terra Classic (LUNC), and dYdX (DYDX) also experienced losses in the past 24 hours.
